Camping, please help.?

Vermont state conservation camps. i don't know but what other states would have similar state run camps. both of my kids went at about the ages you stated. both got their hunter safety course in the camp curriculum so they could get their licenses when the got old enough. the curriculum also covered swimming, survival, hiking, fishing, camping........ they both loved it. Sorry, I know you asked about M. but maybe you can search for State run camps there. Look at the VT.site to see if something like that is what you're looking for.
