Cod4 grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr?

brought cod4 and im running win7 grrr well i can play singleplayer but the multiplayer keeps saying IW3MP.exe has stopped working, i have installed the game loads of times and still nothing grrrrrrrrrr any ideas ?? plz help me tyvm in advance
