Does truth really exist?

I have been thinking about this a lot recently and the technicalities of my thoughts are too many and too complex for me to be bothered to reveal at this time but does it? Everywhere I look, there is contradiction. I mean, we live...TO DIE. People say that our purpose on Earth is to pro-create but the only guarantee in life is that you WILL die...Even the idea of truth is contradictory. For example, you may have heard people advise you to say what you "really" think. I mean in some instances, what you "really" think, at a certain moment in time, may be a lie, which defeats the point of saying what you "really" think. So what do you think people, does truth "really" exist?
