Setting up a ham radio antenna?

Not knowing the diameter of the pole in the ground, I was thinking along the lines of a telescoping mast which can be extended to 40 ft. and two sets of guy wires, one set just below the antenna and rotor, if he plans to use one, and the other set half way down the mast spaced 120 deg. Rather than bend down the antenna for access, you just release the bolt at each level and let the mast come down within itself until you have access.
