Do I have congenital growth-hormone condition?

im a boy at 5'2-5'3, 90 lbs, and 15 years old. last year i was 60 inches and 76lbs . my birthday was january 30 , so i grew 3 inches, 18 lbs, and 2 foot sizes in 3 months. but i look like a 12-13 year old, i am kind of skinny, have leg hair that can be seen but not alot, alot of pubic hair, and a visable mustache. Help me, when will it happen, when will i look older!!!!!!!
