United States to have 51 states? Kosovo being the 51st?

Kosovo declared its independence from Serbia in 2008 with the support of the EU and USA. Until now Kosovo is still gaining recognition and is in talks with Serbia. In 2010 WikiLeaks revealed that Kosovo's independence will only last until 2015 then it will join 'something' that something could only mean Albania but what about USA? Kosovans are the most pro-Americans in Europe even though they are 90% Secular Muslims. Could Kosovo join US by US Laws? Would US people care? Personally I now Kosovans that say the US, EU and Kosovan Government all made the plan for independence until 2015 then unification with America as the 51st state. Living in New Zealand I have no idea of the opinions on Kosovan's nor Americans. Also America has a huge base, in fact the largest in Europe in Kosovo. Camp Bondsteel. So by Kosovo joining the Union it would mean easy access to Europe and major advantages for US. But Kosovo is quite poor, in fact Europe's poorest, 90% Muslims, not to flash economy or infrastructure at the moment so would US Congress allow them or support that? And the population? What's their views on more countries/regions joining. I know Puerto Rico is likely the 51st state. Also Kosovo would becoming the first State of America to be fully un-American, Muslim majority, have an other official language than English, be the furtherest away and more. What do you think?
