I am a 17 year old guy and still a virgin becuase of my seriously bad stretch marks on my stomach, Any advice?

I have a large body m with seriously bad stretch marks on my stomach, and have no idea why i got them. I have been told by girls that they find me attractive but thats becuase they havent seen whats under neath that t shirt i have put of in several occasions becuase i dont want to get knocked back if they are seen, do you think girls would care about this? This question is aimed at girls, and guys who have had with stretch marks.
